We are seeking full time Travel Sales Consultants to share their passion for travel and join our team.
About the opportunity:
At Flight Centre, we create amazing travel experiences and right now we are on the lookout for travel consultants to help make it happen! While working in our state-of-the-art stores.
Your role as a travel agent will be to:
- Plan, book and coordinate your customer’s next amazing travel experience
- Provide outstanding customer service; face-to-face, online, and over the phone
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with your customers
- Be a part of a social and supportive team
- Work towards business targets and personal career goals
About you:
- Have experience in a retail or customer service role
- Available full-time, including some weekends and public holidays
- Have strong self-motivation with an ability to identify solutions
- Unrestricted work rights within Australia (over 12 months)
- Have travelled to a variety of international and domestic destinations
- Are organised, customer-focused, and an efficient communicator
- Completed year 12 or equivalent
