- Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, beer and spirits
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- Creative flair
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional grooming standard
- Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays
- RSA certificate
- Fluent in English and be able to engage
