- Large focus on local, NSW wines
- Focus on Australian spirits
- House made syrups, bitters, fermented drinks, juices
- Speciality coffee and tea program
Daily bar staff tasks include
- Opening & closing routines
- Maintaining a clean and functional environment
- Maintaining beverage stock levels
- Handling of cash & use of POS system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to interact with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Coffee making
- Cocktail making
All bar staff applicants should have
- A good understanding of wine knowledge is essential
- Cocktail making and coffee skills
- Ability to perform general tasks in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Positive outlook and friendly personality
- Current valid RSA
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster (weekends included)
