The venue is a hot spot, open all day serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and a large wholesome menu. With a large local following, the venue also attracts foodies from around Melbourne. About the role:

• Working a mix of shifts, including days, night and weekends
• Being in charge of your own section
• The opportunity to work breakfast shifts
• Large volume dining with all day dining  

To be successful:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CDP in a similar a la carte environment
• A positive attitude in life and in the kitchen
• You will have worked a variety of sections within the kitchen
• Be a team player
• Have good communication skills
