Currently we are in the process of recruiting permanent full-time position for highly motivated, fun and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team.
About the role
- Providing accurate and knowledgeable information about our range of resorts and activities.
- Converting enquiries into sales
- Up-selling resort activities and flights
- Actively following up sales leads via email or phone to increase conversion rates
- Complaints handling and back office function
- Maintain excellent knowledge of resort development, rates, specials and activities
About You
- Proven experience in customer service or call centre sales environment
- A demonstrated passion for sales and achieving targets
- Flexibility to work across a roster covering weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Able to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy while working towards targets
- Working knowledge of a Global Distribution System (GDS) will be highly regarded as would
- Experience within the travel or tourism industries
