The Pantry has been a Brighton institution for the past 26 years and is still going strong, we employ a team of over 165 individuals. We have just undergone a major renovation and have more works planned. We seek an industry professional with a modern approach to fulfill the challenging and rewarding role of Restaurant Manager. We operate a multifaceted hospitality operation encompassing a busy restaurant, Food Store, Royale Brothers (burger joint), Hiro Sushi Bar, Green, substantial event buisness and we are the home of The Pantry Cooking Show. You will be exposed to all of these businesses and have the opportunity to grow quickly into a General Manager's role.
