Grill’d is on the hunt for GAME CHANGERS… people who are ready to raise the bar, challenge themselves and take on world!
We are looking for an experienced hospitality hero with management experience to assist in opening the new restaurant with a bang and take it from strength to strength.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The role requires:
- A hands on leader who will recruit, manage and develop an engaging, customer focused group of people.
- A manager with an understanding and proven experience in dealing with budgets, wage control, sales and dealing with wastage.
- A results focused, self-motivated individual who loves busy environments.
ABOUT YOU:
A self-driven, charismatic manager with business acumen and a bucket-load of experience in high-pressure retail or hospitality environments. You'll be resilient, innovative and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Naturally you'll be a great communicator and love our fun, vibrant culture. You'll help recruit, manage and mentor a team who share your passion for exceptional customer service and of course awesome, fresh burgers.
