There is an excellent opportunity for a driven, motived Senior Conference and Events Coordinator to join the events team. This is the ideal location for you to develop your skills and shine in a friendly, professional and collaborative team environment. We are also offering you an excellent opportunity to champion your customer service skills by enhancing the clients’ experience through your interactions with both new and existing clients. 

In this position, you will be required to undertake event administration/management duties for the Conference and Events team with tasks including: 

  • Timely, professional and effective handling of events through to execution
  • Leading an events team to exceed client expectations
  • Event coordination and liaising with clients to determine their event needs.
  • Residential conference experience is highly desirable
  • Opera experience highly desirable 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 4-5-star property coordinating large volume events   

The ideal candidate will have exemplary organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, solution driven a self-starter and able to work autonomously as well as being naturally tech savvy and efficient when navigating through our operating system OPERA.
