THE COMPANY IS: Slices Family Restaurant Caroline Springs
With an established reputation of quality Italian cuisine, wine list, cocktails and service, we strive to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Melbourne. Located currently across 3 sites, Keilor, Doreen and Caroline Springs. Slices has been in operation since 1990 and has years of experience in the industry and is renowned for their rustic Italian cuisine. The family restaurant is Dine in or takeaway with the convenience of drive-through and each location seats from 250 to 350 customers. It also caters for functions from Birthdays to christenings or any corporate event.
In these roles, you will be working closely with the restaurant manager and business development manager, head chef and events and marketing team to deliver the best possible service we can offer. You will be the face of the venue and you will build a good relationship with our loyal customers.
You will be part of the front of house team and enjoy working with a smile on your face, just because you love hospitality and dealing with customers. You must be motivated and be able to work within a large team in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties for Supervisors and FOH team members
Professional and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop;
Inspire a team of 10-25 team members
Ensure that you deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time.
Manage the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant when needed
Ensuring that all staff are trained in new menu developments or procedures
Follow and deliver on Slices order of service
Work within the values of the organisation
Qualifications and Skills For Supervisors
Current Victorian RSA
Hospitality Management Degree or Diploma (preferable)
Food Hygiene (HACCP) Training
Fine Dining Experience Preferred, we are not a fine dining restaurant but want to deliver the service and experience of fine dining.
Previous Supervisor of FOH, Bar experience essential
