About The Role

My client is seeking expressions of interest from award winning chefs who have succesfully gained Hats or have worked alongside teams in Hatted Restaurants in the Australian dining scene or international equivalency. With an impressive history in high-end restaurants you will have excellent creativity and flair along with a sophisticated and modern approach to food and presentation. You will be happy to embrace the concept that has been engrained into the Brisbane dining scene but be able to bring a fresh creative approach to the current menu offering. We want someone with fire in their belly to do amazing things for the restaurant and the company! You will be hungary to succeed yet come with no ego as your professional and calm demeanour will be on show at all times in the open style kitchen. If you have a desire to work for an amazing company and help them win awards and grow into the future then we woudl love to hear from you!

Skills & Experience

• Experience at an Executive, Head or Senior Sous Chef level essential
• Previous history either gaining your own Hat or working in award winning teams essential
• A true desire to make a big mark in the Brisbane dining scene
• A modern and sophisticated approach to food
• A creative flair a must with the ability to work within the current concepts of the venue
