About The Role
The historic and prestigious Fremantle Sailing Club provides extensive facilities and a supportive environment in which groups of like-minded members share in competitive and recreational boating, aquatic and social activities.
The Club is steeped in tradition with an exciting members’ restaurant & bar, prominently located on the Fremantle waterfront.
From intimate affairs to large scale events, we are looking for experienced and professional Cooks to enhance our dining experience.
To prepare and present food for our kiosk which is open 7 days a week, you must able to work on your own. The position is to make and present sandwiches, wraps, filled rolls, bake fresh sweet and savory muffins and homemade pies daily.
Successful applicants must have an enthusiastic positive attitude and be able to organise your own preparation.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Set working hours are 8am – 12pm up to 5 days a week
- Must have previous experience in café environment
- Ability to prepare and present food to the highest standards
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of current food trends
- Maintain & Report when stocks and supplies are low
