We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Workplace Management Services team. This new 'hospitality style' division of Colliers International is designed for premium corporate occupiers that desire best in class service for their guests and employees.
Our client is looking for a highly energetic, creative individual with sound operational experience. A person to push the boundaries of traditional hotel service in a carefully designed and leading corporate workplace.
As the custodian of the client facing floors and meeting room space you will be responsible for the welcoming of clients, guests and employees to the space providing a seamless experience upon arrival & departure. You will be the key Barista and offer premium boardroom waitering services to the clients and guests of the space.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the setup of all rooms with furniture placement, audio visual requirements as well as assisting the caterers with food and beverage setup.
This role is ideal for experienced hospitality service professionals ready to transition into the corporate sector or those with exceptional service ethic.

For such a key role, we do set the bar high with our requirements. To be successful in your application, we ask that you are able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience working in high end service environments such as superior hotels within Australia or internationally
- Qualified Barista and waitering experience
- Experience in banquets, conference, events and general F&B operations is a must
- Experience in engaging with VIP clients and busy career professionals
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- A track record of going above and beyond for customers
