The candidate will be required to work 5 days on a Monday to Sunday roster including evening work.
They will be responsible for the management of the service areas and staff members on shift.
A sound understanding of restaurant and bar supervision is required with an ability to manage large functions and events up to 220 guests.
The successful candidate will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and the General Manager.
