To Be Considered For This Position You Must Have :
1- Previous experience working in a fast paced food environment within a supervisor role.
2 - flexabilty and availability to work on a variety day/evening shifts.
3 - a strong customer service focus.
4 - a positive and friendly attitude.
5 - exceptional punctuality and reliability.
6- good delagation skills and time managment.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TOO:
- Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance
- Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
- Working hands on in eatery example - On Bar/ p.o.s/ food prep etc
- Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver food product orders
- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
- Open or close the eatery (when responsible for the first or last shift)
- Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
- Report maintenance and training needs
