About the Role
Our client a well-respected brand and one of the leading pioneers in the serviced apartment space, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executives for multiple properties (new and established) across Melbourne
With their brand recognised globally, an established reputation and a growing client base this premium product is a must for any hospitality professional’s career development!
About You:
As an experienced BDE, you will use this positon as a stepping stone to add another dimension to your already well developed skill base.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous demonstrated experience as a BDE from a hotel background
- A well-developed network within the Corporate and MICE markets along with industry bodies
- Knowledge of hospitality trends within the Melbourne market
- A proven track record in sourcing leads, developing the relationship and closing the business
- An understanding and examples of achieving KPI's
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in the use of RMS and Sales Force
