Club Burwood Group comprises of 3 premises in the Burwood LGA. The group has 32,000 members, 140 employees. It is one of the most profitable and financially secure Clubs in NSW. There are substantial growth and development plans for the Club which offers incredibly exciting long term career opportunities.
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, passionate and proactive Chef to work at Croydon Park Club.
Reporting to the Head chef, your role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Strong food knowledge, including Western and Asian cuisine
- Food preparation and outstanding plate presentation for a la carte, lunch & dinner and when required functions.
- A passion for food and a "can do" attitude
- A high level of organization skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
You must be flexible to work a seven-day rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
Applicants must be available to work 20 Hours per week and be available to work any day of the week.
Applicants must also be available to work at our other venues if required (Club Burwood RSL and Club Burwood)
