We are seeking a highly motivated person with a proven record of exceptional customer service skills to join our fast paced Front Office team.
Successful applicants must have:
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in all areas of hotel reception procedures
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards in all aspects of customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an ability to multi task in a high pressure environment
- Knowledge and passion for the local tourism industry
- Available 7 days a week, nights, school holidays and public holidays
