At Scarborough Wine Co we are currently looking to fill a Full Time Cellar Door Sales Position and a Permanent Part Time Cellar Door Sales position.
We have two cellar doors in Pokolbin and are currently looking for a confident, honest and reliable person with a passion for wine and food.
The position will require weekend work.
The primary objectives of the cellar door assistant is to:

Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers

Actively promote the sale of the company's wine products including wine club

To maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and neatness of the cellar door and its surrounds:

The opening and closing of the venue

Customer service
-
End of day reconciliation
-
General cleaning duties
-
Promote safe attitudes and work practices.
Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential and relevant studies of wine will be taken into consideration.
Previous experience in a sales position is essential and experience within the wine industry and wine club experience will be highly regarded.
