Capri by Fraser Brisbane is the first of the Capri brand in Australia heralding the arrival of a new kind of residences. Centrally located, Capri by Fraser Brisbane comprises of 239 rooms (Deluxe Suites, Studio Executives & one-bedroom Capri Suites).
Capri by Fraser Brisbane is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Full Time Night Auditor to join our dynamic and professional team.
Our team is committed to providing a fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service, to create a memorable experience for our guests.
We are seeking for an individual with minimum one year of work experience in a similar role within a five star hotel environment.
The successful candidates need to possess the following attributes, experience and skills:
- A commitment to consistently delivering exceptional guest service including check-in and check-out experience, anticipating and actively meet the needs and expectations of guests, being fully conversant with guests regarding hotel facilities and local places of interest and assisting with luggage and transportation
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet designated time frames.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Capability to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Competent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint software as well as hotel operation software.
- Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene
- A 'can do' attitude and a high level of energy to assist other operational departments to ensure guest expectations are meet
- Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately and referring the guest to the manager on duty if necessary
We require full flexibility across seven days, however, the majority of shifts will occur overnight.
