Chef and restaurateur Scott Pickett has unveiled his latest venue, Matilda 159, a contemporary Australian neighbourhood restaurant located on South Yarra's Domain Road, on the ground floor of hotly anticipated boutique hotel, United Places.
The success of Scott Pickett's venues has always been based on the quality of its people, and with this exciting growth, we are looking to expand our team with exceptional staff in the following positions:
- Restaurant Manager
- Asst Restaurant Manager
- Cocktail, Bar staff
- Front of House staff - fulltime/casual
- Reservations Host - Fulltime position
Applicants must possess:
- At least 2 years minimum experience in restaurants
- Fine dining or hatted restaurant experience preferred
- Current RSA
- Flexible availability
