Description
As Assistant Manager of this venue, you’ll be the first point of contact for high net wealth corporates, looking to wine and dine their clients making deals. You will ooze personality, charisma and charm and your ability to lead the team through both a bustling lunch & dinner service will be second to none.
The role is Monday - Friday consisting mostly of mid shifts across lunch and into dinner service. The menu is modern Australian with European influences and the beverage offering features classic and house cocktails with an extensive wine list.
Profile
Our client is very focused on creating a positive culture in the business therefore, personality fit is of high importance.
The successful candidate will have;
- Previous management/supervisor experience in a fast paced, high end dining environment
- Supervise and coordinate service periods
- Collaborate with your team members to engage and develop
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Breed a positive environment, internally and externally
- A want to learn but also mentor and develop your team
- Customer service and customer relations a real key driver in this role
Job Offer
The role is made up of a base salary of $65,000 + superannuation.
