Already established and respected local - we're ready for a Head Chef who's looking for the opportunity to show us their talents, who's ready to shake up the pub food scene with a nod to vegetarian & vegan food trends - bring your ideas for mixing up what is considered pub fare the menu & your innovation to the kitchen and enjoy a bit of freedom to play!

YOU and your RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading a brigade of 3 Chefs + kitchen hands you are an innovative, organised team leader.

You are an exceptional communicator and your background is from quality kitchens that have a reputation for crowd pleasing!

Managing COG’s and labour you have a disciplined approach to budgeting and profit margins. Stocktake, supplier relations, recruitment and staff development - the whole shebang.
