A new opportunity exists for a Qualified Chef to work within the Albury Brew House and the Commercial Club Albury assisting their highly dynamic and experienced team.

As part of this position you will be required to work a range of shifts from Monday to Sunday during lunch and dinner service.

To be successful in this position you will:

Be a team player with a demonstrated ability to function as a productive team member
Be available to work day, evening and weekend shifts unsupervised
Have the ability to work in a busy kitchen
Hold current HHCAP & food handlers' certificates
Have demonstrated experience working in all aspects of preparing and cooking modern cuisine
Be a confident, organised and forward thinking
Be flexible, committed and reliable
Be an Australian resident
