Oyster Bar Elizabeth Quay is looking to hire a professional kitchen staff.

We are an oyster and wine bar situated on the Swan River in Elizabeth Quay with two levels, including a roof top bar.

We have three other venues located SA, NT and WA with strong reputations for delivering a high level of food and service and are looking for someone to commit to our company and build a strong reputation in the Elizabeth Quay.

We are looking for staff who have a passion for cooking and food.

Experienced working in busy café kitchens with experience  using grills, fryers, hotplates is preferred but we are willing to train the right applicants if you have a great work ethic and attention to detail.

If you are looking to learn more about kitchen operations and improve your skills then this is the position for you, with strong on the job training provided.

Our venue is unique in terms of having staff cross-trained across bar and kitchen and an opportunity also exists to train in both areas at the Oyster Bar.

Various positions and hours are being offered, hours include weekdays, night and especially weekends.

The role and responsibilities include:

·        Provide a high level of customer service 

·        Highly organised and responsible, ability to deliver consistent food at all times

.        High standard of food preparation, plating and cooking skills

.        Ability to create a positive working culture

.        Strong communication skills and ability to work on your own or part of a team

·       Passion for hospitality and people

        Excellent presentation, time management and fast moving

.      Work nights, weekends and public holidays (essential)
