2 x HEAD CHEFS for two locations 

• Experience in a fine dining environment
• Precision plating skills and an eye for detail
• Passion for seafood and contemporary cuisine
• An appreciation of local and international food trends and techniques
• The desire to work in a professional and disciplined environment
• A drive for knowledge, challenge and career advancement
• Design flair to help create new menu ideas that suit the cuisine
• Effective communication skills when liaising with fellow employees and customers
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high end restaurant
• Passion for Produce 
• Commitment to wanting an ongoing role with a great team

CHEF DE PARTIE This is not a job for the faint hearted, you will need a genuine passion for plating and modern food techniques. If you are willing to put in the effort this is an amazing opportunity to develop the skills of a 5* chef.

The role will be assisting the head chef and sous chef in preparation and service of the high end meals to maintain the quality of this hatted restaurant.
