The company, located in the heart of Sydney's inner west, produces some of the finest pastry dishes and baked goods that are on offer in this ever changing food scene. Currently expanding into cafes, as well maintaining the supply for their current clients, the company are looking to up the ante on their baking production. Priding themselves on the quality of the food produced, their standard never drops and so are looking for a brilliant and passionate Baker who can step up to this.
They are currently searching for a Baker, who has a clear passion for the industry and just loves baking and creating. The right person must be happy to work in a small team and be able to get on with others.
The role:

The role:
- Baking fresh bread, pastries, sourdoughs, muffins, Viennoiserie.
- Working in a production kitchen with three others - it's a good team and great environment to be in.
- Overnight role - Sunday evening to Friday morning 21.00-06.00
- Ensuring quality and control across the brands
- Experienced as a Baker, with at least three to five years' experience.
- Cool under pressure, with a great positive “can do” attitude
- An enthusiastic and career driven chef with a passion for all things quality!
- Across all things HACCP – fully grasp how to work with health and safety procedures
- Happy to follow policies and procedures within the kitchen.
- Willing to get your head down and ensure that the deadlines are met for baking.
- Keen to ensure quality is maintained across the board.
- Become a part of close knit team within an award-winning caterer
- Great salary of $60k plus super.
