This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate person to build our retail outlet. Established in 1989, we are a boutique Patisserie looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and lively person with a love for pastry and coffee to lead and manage our front of house.
We pride ourselves on quality products, product knowledge and high levels of customer service at all times.
The Role
- Build the retail shop by implement new strategies and systems
- Analyze current products and processes, and provide feedback to management
- Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management
- Maintaining and building relationships with customers
- Presenting the retail shop in an eye-catching way
- Making and presenting great coffees
- Positively representing our brand
- Must be available weekends and weekdays.
We are searching for someone with;
- Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager
- Ability to work independently
- Barista experience
- An eye for detail with merchandising and store presentation
- Punctual, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
- High level and understanding of English language.
