First Contact Hospitality is currently recruiting for a rare position within one of their premium buildings in the Sydney CBD.

To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Supervisor/Manager experience in hotels or top-end hospitality
  • Experience servicing VIP and Executive-Level guests in a professional manner
  • Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships and network with a range various stakeholders
  • You are a natural leader who can confidently make decisions on their own, while being self-motivated and driven
  • Assisting the Concierge Services Manager you will be involved in improving and developing the team to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
  • Thrive working in a fast paced environment where both written and verbal communication is key
  • Attentive and have the ability to anticipate client needs
  • Discretion and confidentiality and the ability to build a high level of trust
  • Looking to advance your career within the corporate hospitality sector
  • Ability to work Mon - Fri (8 hour shifts)
