Located in a bustling entertainment complex within the South Eastern suburbs, our client serves hundreds of hungry customers every week from its vibrant global menu.
The menu itself is a mixture of share plates, burgers, pastas, seafood, steaks and wood fire pizza, ensuring things are always kept interesting and spread across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We are searching for a fully qualified Chef de Partie who is a master of all sections in the kitchen including larder, grill, pans, fryer and if you have experience with a wood-fire oven then it's even better!
Other qualities that will see you succeed in this role includes:
- Minumum Certificate III Commercial Cookery
- Flexibility to work a mixture days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Pro-active, efficient and level headed during service periods
- Be hungry to get to the Sous Chef title (great potential for progression)
- Proficient with stock take, prep lists and ordering
In return you will receive a generous salary package from supportive owners and 2 consecutive days off in a row every week.
