Kitchen Hand
Jetty Road is an exciting new brewery situated in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula, we are a young and diverse team with a strong collaborated knowledge of beer and food.
Our capacity is at 120 people with room to grow and our hours at Jetty Road are Thursday to Sunday.
We have a great team down and are looking for a kitchen hand to join the enthusiastic team. We seek someone who shares our values, who brings passion and positivity, who will drive their own growth and the growth of their team.
The role offers excellent opportunities and continuous training and mentoring.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Understand high food quality
- Skilled in basic food preparation
- Serving food and beverages in accordance with the Food Safety Program (FSP),
- Washing dishes and cleaning in accordance with the FSP, and
- Contributing to a clean, safe working environment to ensure safety of resident, visitors and other staff, volunteers and self.
