Pullman Resort Bunker Bay is currently seeking a Guest Service Agent / Welcomer to join the professional and dynamic Front Office team.
This casual role reports to the Rooms Division Manager and is responsible for:
- Recognising and welcoming regular guests and Accorhotels Le Club members;
- Assisting guests with Check-in and Check-Out activities;
- Assisting guests with reservations;
- Assisting our in-house guests with queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Addressing guest requests and being the first point of contact to handle guest complaints;
- Maintaining Pullman standards during all guest interactions;
- Providing professional and friendly service from the heart.
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- previous hotel reception experience;
- exceptional customer service skills;
- excellent communication in the local language (english);
- a current driver's licence;
- right to work in Australia as a permanent resident or holder of a work Visa with 6 months validity;
- great interpersonal and time management skills.
You will also have excellent grooming and presentation standards and a willingness to use your initiative to solve guest problems.

Pullman Resort Bunker Bay is only 3 hours from Perth, nestled on the secluded north facing beach front of stunning Bunker Bay, Cape Naturaliste in the world renowned Margaret River Wine Region.
The Resort offers 150 luxuriously appointed bungalow style villa’s and ‘Other Side of the Moon’ Restaurant with alfresco dining and a cosy bar. All applicants are encouraged to research the area prior to applying, as the resort is located ten minutes drive from the township of Dunsborough. Staff accommodation is not available.
