About the Role/Duties
- Providing clients and customers a high quality service
- Serving guests wine and other alcoholic beverages
- Attending to any questions guests may have about food or beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
- Operate autonomously and be a team player.
- Punctual, Reliable and Honest
- Eye for detail
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Well-spoken with immaculate grooming and personal presentation
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions as part of a team
- Desire to continue learning & growing within the Industry
- Have a passion for Customer Service!
- Current RSA Required !!
- Barista Experience
- Cocktail experience NOT required
- Must be available 5 days on a 7-day rotating roster
