We’re looking for a super star Bistro Manager to help take this team to the next level. Just weeks away from opening the doors to its re-imagined concept, this established venue is undergoing significant change and needs a strong leader to help drive it to new heights!
As Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for the daily food and beverage operation, and ensuring consistent top notch service is executed across the board. You will lead from the front, training and developing your team to ensure success.
To be a great candidate for this role, you should demonstrate:
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Strong Food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
- Understanding of financial labour and stock controls
- Passion for exceptional customer service and a career focused attitude!
