My client is a highly respected Hospitality Group with multiple venues throughout Sydney. An exciting career opportunity has become available for an experienced, vibrant, customer service focused CAFE MANAGER to manage and run well established reputable high volume food /cafe venue on the Northern Beaches.

About you
- At least 3 year experience as a mid / senior manager looking for your next career move
- Passionate about service standards and systems to ensure everyone gets the 'wow factor' every time they patronise your venue
- Excellent leadership to maintain and develop team culture and ongoing training and coaching
- Ability to balance hands on with the back end administration and systems to be fully accountable for the venue performance
