Fast growing Iconic Byron Bay Café is looking for skilled hospitality legends to join the team.
Byron Bay is a fast expanding town and a tourism mecca, what makes Byron special is the unique vibe of a beautiful beach side town, spectacular surf beaches span for miles accompanied by stunning hinterland where local growers produce world class organic produce.
Byron Bay Fresh Café is a health conscious cafe/restaurant in the heart of beautiful Byron Bay, the café recently underwent an extensive renovation resulting in larger than expected increase of business. We are a fully licensed Café that has been operating in Byron for 13 years. The café is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
The team is currently very strong and has great systems and organisation in place, however we now have the need to expand our team both front and back of house.

About the role
Skilled Baristas - immediate start
- Minimum 2 years in fast past environment as a barista
- Great leadership qualities and a can-do attitude
- Self motivated, friendly and bubbly persona
- Previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment
- High motivated, looking for a long term position
- Current NSW RSA is required
- Must been available weekends, public holidays school holidays and all festivals including Splendour in the Grass.
