About the role
Run the day to day operations of kitchen and small team.
open Monday to Friday for lunch and Wednesday to Friday for dinner (Rare weekend functions)
What you would be doing
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies and costings
- Menu planning
- Adheering aring to food and safety act
- Supervising and training a small team

- Experience in a similar role
- Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
- Able to learn a new cultural cuisine
