You will have experience as a restaurant supervisor or a strong section waiter with good exposure and knowledge on wine. 
  
Our client is undertaking a significant redevelopment of a large multi outlet venue located in the vibrant inner south-east zone. The total renovation is underway and without compromise; your new workplace will come with bragging rights.
  
You’ll be one of the points of customer contact and your exceptional service delivery will reinforce an excellent reputation and the return of regular guests.
  
This role will start ASAP and from late July, the venue will re-launch over 7 days lunch and dinner service and given this is a hands-on role, you will be required to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
