Fiorita Deli & Restaurant is Karratha’s only intimate dining menu. Owned by the award-winning management team from Blanche Bar, Fiorita specialises in ever-changing, fresh menus, degustations and wine pairing. We are bringing an intimate ‘city’ dining experience to our customers right here in Karratha.
We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who loves great food and gets excited about sharing their passion with people. Working closely with the owners and Head Chef and drawing from your experience, you will play a pivotal role in helping to develop this unique venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working individual who would like to further their career.
To be successful for the position, you will need to have the following:
- Good wine knowledge and desire to learn more
- Passionate about food and love of creating
- Hard-working, outgoing, confident personality with exceptional customer service skills
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality venue
- Ability to manage a small team, as well as work autonomously
- General Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to learn
