The Role

As an Adventure World destination specialist you will be an integral part of the reservations team, responsible for meeting all service and sales KPI’s. Through your superior written and verbal communication skills you will be able to easily build lasting, high quality rapport with agents, customers and all internal stakeholders.

You are responsible for proactively keeping abreast of all Adventure World products and systems as shown by your consistent adherence to all procedures related to your destination and the business.  Your proactive skills will be highlighted by your tenacious follow-up of all quotes and booking options, therefore ensuring a superior personalised supplier and customer experience.   

This role is integral to Adventure World’s business positioning and reputation. Your sense of team membership is evident by your proactive support for their bookings and adherence to all expected service and quality standards at any time.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you need to own it! You will have an appetite for sales and love building relationships with all stakeholders involved. You must be passionate about all things North America as holiday destinations, and ideally you will have in-depth knowledge of these areas.
