Invercauld House is a unique property incorporating a newly refurbished Conferencing Centre, 28 suites of accommodation, pool, communal spaces and tranquil gardens. All set within 2.1 hectares of lush treescape surrounds with relaxing views.
Invercauld House is growing its operations team and is seeking an additional part-time Chef or an experienced and passionate Cook to work in the kitchen with the existing catering team.
CHEF – Permanent Part-Time
Key requirements include:
* Qualified Chef or highly experienced cook (5yr)
* Relevant training and experience in Food Handling / Safety
* Strong multi-tasking ability
* Professional and responsible approach
* Able to work on some weekends (rarely)
* Seriously passionate about their food
* Have excellent time management and communication skills
* Friendly and outgoing personality
* High level of experience in Function Centre catering and setting
* Happy to converse with guests and offer support if required
