The Brand

The Role

Acting as a product specialist for our suite of Guided Holidays and our luxury boutique collection, Inspiring Journeys, you will provide exceptional service and drive sales through our inbound call centre as well as pro-actively following leads with our existing customer base.

You will be a passionate brand ambassador and promote our products and values with all interactions. Comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success and your drive and motivation will see you meet and exceed sales and service targets.

Bookings and enquiries will come from multiple channels and may include flights, rail journeys, accommodation and transfers in addition to AAT Kings products. All will be handled efficiently and accurately to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

You will also be required to manage and maintain a sales database to deliver sound lead management. Open communication with your team and other stakeholders throughout the business will assist in the continuous improvement process.

 

The Candidate

You will be passionate about travel and bring a proven track record in consistently exceeding KPI’s for sales and service. You will be a strong communicator who projects enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism. Targets and deadlines will be met consistently with your exceptional organisation and time management skills. As a product and destination specialist, you will take pride in maintaining accurate, up to date and detailed information.

12 + months working experience in a retail/wholesale/airlines environment will set you apart from the pack! Those with Australia/New Zealand tourism experience and/or CRM products such as Salesforce will be highly regarded.
