The Venue
This recently renovated venue with state of the art facilities is well known in the local community for a casual get together with friends, that special event or an intimate dining occasion.
The Role
In this role you will be responsible for three outlets reporting to a very supportive Food and Beverage Manager.
You will oversee the the daily operations of the three outlets and their staff along with the financial targets and the budgets.
You will also train and mentor the team.
You
At least five years restaurant management experience in a high volume restaurant.
Previous P&L experience with the ability to achieve and exceed labour and revenue targets.
Experience in high quality restaurants with excellent food and wine knowledge.
Ability to drive, lead, develop and motivate your team.
