We are seeking a top notch Restaurant GM to join this Growing Sydney Based Restaurant Group. Featuring several successful A la Carte Venues, this is a ideal role for a career driven professional. Ideal Qualities we seek are:
- Fantastic operational knowledge, preferably across multi-outlet or multi - venue
- Previous management experience in a la carte within Mod Aus and Mediterranean highly desirable
- The ability to drive a team to service excellence, never taking short cuts
- Experience in all aspects of food and beverage knowledge and how to train an on the floor sales team
- Great communications skills
- Above average knowledge and ability with operations and Budgets
- Leadership ability second to non
