About the role

• provide excellent service for our Guests and Customers
• deal with complaints and regularly check the level of satisfaction of our Customers
• manage and rotate the stock
• ensure the cleanliness of Bar, Cool Rooms and back Area up to the Health Department Standards
• handle and balance cash accurately

Skills and experience

• At least 3 years proven experience in hospitality
• Must hold a current WA Approved Managers card and a valid RSA
• Must be available to work day and night shifts as required by the nature of the business
• A strong hospitality background
• Good knowledge of wines, beers and spirits
• High focus on customer service with an eye for detail
• Experience in cash handling and staff management
• Strong team leader with good interpersonal skills
• Neat and tidy appearance
• Positive attitude
• Commitment to work for minimum 6 Months
