We are currently undertaking a journey of expansion to become Western Sydney’s premier hospitality venue. We are looking for people that are passionate about customer service, champion our values and bring their own unique experience and skills to our team.

As a member of our Gaming Team you will report directly to the Gaming Floor Manager. You will be required to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members and their guests
  • Serve and assist customers across our large indoor and outdoor gaming floor
  • Promote, upsell and cross sell Wenty League's products, services, facilities and membership
  • Cash handling and PDA/Tablet usage
  • Assist with minor machine faults
  • Assist with housekeeping including general pick up of used glasses, plates and rubbish
  • Promote and adhere to the Clubs compliance obligations and Internal Club Practices
  • Keep our facility clean, tidy, hygienic and safe

Essential skills and experience for these positions:

  • Energy with a positive can-do attitude!
  • Customer service experience in a hospitality, retail or other face-to-face industries
  • 24/7 availability to work weekends and shifts finishing up to 7:00am

Beneficial skills and experience for these positions:

  • Fluent in Chinese languages (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
  • Gaming experience
  • Experience using IT communication devices e.g. PDAs, buzzers, computers, electronic touch screens
  • Complaint handling and resolutions

Please note, to be considered for this position you must be available to finish shifts up to 7am Monday to Sunday.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current RSA & RCG Competency Card
