We have an exciting opportunity available for a hospitality professional with a genuine interest in the industry. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about all things Food and Beverage and has a willingness to share their knowledge and work in a team environment.
We are looking for an addition to a Management team in the Geelong/Bellarine Peninsula area who can successfully oversee a variety of key roles and tasks across the Food and Beverage, Function, Gaming and operational elements of this busy and exciting venue.
In addition to a rotating roster that allows you every third weekend off, you will be rewarded with five weeks annual leave as well as ongoing development and support from the Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 12 months experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role.
- Thrive in a hands-on, fast paced environment.
- Lead by example, and be an active all-rounder in taking on various tasks within the business.
- Have experience in managing, training and leading staff.
- Have a strong knowledge of stock control and the use of POS systems.
- Be available to work nights and across weekdays and weekends as required.
- Have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Have impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
- A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences.
- Have a sound knowledge of gaming operations and hold a gaming license (TAB and System One experience will be highly regarded)
- Hold a current RSA certificate.
