Our client, one of Australia's leading Hospitality Groups are now looking to recruit a General Manager for it's boutique hotel in Tasmania. Located in one of the world’s most precious parks is one of Lonely Planet’s Top 10 Most Extraordinary Places To Stay.

Our Boutique luxury require's a very strong General Manager to take the reigns of this World Heritage listed site. This  Accommodation overlooks a hinterland filled with birds, plants and ancient forest.
 
Reporting to the Area General Manager VIC/TAs as the GM you will be managing all aspects of the hotel from front of house to back of house. You will have the ability to manage and develop staff across the business and have the foresight to implement appropriate policy and procedural changes to grow the businesses and improve the overall customer and staff experience.  Pulling on your strong community ties, existing supplier relationships and the proven ability to translate this into business outcomes, you will see the recognition for your work.
 
To be successful in this role you will have been engaged in a similar position, you will have a proven background as a General Manager across Hospitality. You will display a high level of commercial acumen, a passion for hospitality and possess the ability to develop relationships across all levels of the business coupled with the ability to manage and train staff to the highest standards.
