We are about to launch our new facility based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne that is certain to turn curious first timers into loyal customers. With modern quality interiors and adventure style playgrounds we are taking this industry to the next generation.

Your key responsibility will be to manage back of house operations and provide a quality a menu that will impress a variety of customers.

High volume activity operating within a great team makes the job very special.

This is clearly an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chef looking for the next challenge. Your ability to help grow the business and provide an interesting menu will see you suitably rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily back of house operations
• Create an innovative menu
• Manage stock and place weekly food orders
• Manage cooking school
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen

About you

• Experience in a commercial kitchen providing food for large numbers
• Sound experience and up to date knowledge of food regulations and record keeping
• Proven history of providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience within a major event environment would be an advantage

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is essential.
