Due to internal promotions, Sneaky Tony's is looking for an experienced 2ic Cocktail Bar Manager, with exceptional customer service skills & attention to detail to support our team of cocktail enthusiasts.
Sneaky Tony's is a small bar specialising in cocktails, boutique wines, craft beer and most importantly, rum. Our back bar showcases over 300 rums from across the globe.
Our ideal applicant will have:
- A good knowledge of wine, beer and premium spirits. Rum knowledge is a plus.
- Approved Manager certification
- Relevant cocktail making experience
- Australian residency
This is a full time position and the salary is negotiable based on experience.
