Lexus of Blackburn has a part time opportunity for a Saturday Receptionist / Hostess from 8am to 5pm every Saturday.
This is our busiest day of the week which means first impressions when entering our New and Pre-owned Showrooms is paramount to our guest's experience.
What we are looking for:
- Previous customer facing experience in a busy car sales environment;
- Strong organisational skills with an outgoing positive attitude;
- Exceptional people skills;
- Reliability;
- Professional presentation;
- To be able to start immediately.
The role will entail:
- Promptly meeting and greeting guests to our Dealership ensuring their first impressions are second to none;
- Ongoing maintenance of dealership café area including the preparation of tea and coffee;
- The highest standards of customer service and attention to detail;
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls;
- General administration duties.
Previous experience in a similar role, or café will be highly regarded.
